mine. He was brought in to be a leader of men. Instead, he played favorites and allowed the clubhouse to become toxic. 7 years in and he still didn't have a clue on how to handle a bullpen. He had no experience at that level prior to the hire. Meanwhile, Francona was there for the taking. Sound familiar ?
