Midseason would be to show the fans and boosters you expect better. Unfortunately a move like that could cause more damage than good. Odom doesn't seem to be capable of maintaining focus himself. Expecting him to teach that ability to his players is on par with expecting what we all know is a bad defense to win a game for you
