The GOP conveniently changed the rules to accommodate their ends and the WH stonewalled inquiry into the guy. NOW they set up a hearing to basically railroad this through as their looks like it will end in a few months.

Sad times honestly as we find ourselves at the peak of crisis - per the parameters of the Fourth Turning. Appr two more years of crisis (independent) of politics. This is an era of crisis brought about by 911 essentially. Pretty cool theory, this is regarding patterns in history.

That aside, we now as a nation will face a court for the next generation that is hard right and predisposed to the interests of the powerful at the expense of the powerless. Sad days.
