Failing to report the income on those account (such as interest, dividend or capital gains) might lead to a fine....but that's not the basis of what manafort did.

Manafort earned in the income from foreign sources, hid the $ in foreign accounts & brought it back to the US ("repatriated") without reporting any of these events....#hegone
