of the "hack" etc which indicate that it was done from a local computer on their server rather than remotely.
whether that is true, i have no idea. but as I've said numerous times now it appears DOJ is relying on the word of Crowdstrike which was hired by Perkins Coie and which has had issues in the past with unverified accusations.

unless they have in fact examined the servers; which for some mysterious reason they will not say or they have other classified means for having obtained and verified the information then the question will remain.
SC should say, that they either examined the servers and verified Crowdstrike's findings, or we are relying on Crowdsrike's findings but have no other verification or we have verified it through other classified means.
end of story but a good quote from the article i linked “If I give you a malware binary to reverse engineer, what do you see?” His answer is telling: “Exactly what the author wants you to see.”
