some of the guys like Bader, Dejong, & Martinez maybe, but guys like Carp, Wong, Dex, Yadi, Jed, Ozuna have been in the big leagues for a while.

Munoz wasn't here when Shildt was in the minors, so he doesn't count. Bader & Dejong play good D.
