by eliminating transfer regulations.
In my opinion, this will increase nefarious behavior by coaches and boosters/alums ten fold as the rich get richer.
My fear is if a blue-blood program needs help at specific positions, through back-channels they can communicate with players at other schools with offers and there's nothing the player's current school can do about it.
