Yes, Mueller has netted a couple of people for things like giving false statements to the FBI or Mueller's team or for unrelated infractions before the campaign, but NOTHING about the collusion they were set up to investigate.
If he has any such evidence, he can show it to Rosenstein and continue on as needed to tie up any loose ends. If he hasn't found any such evidence & has reached a dead end, then it's time to conclude the investigation. Sound reasonable? Or are you in fact in favor of an open ended witch hunt?
