After Frank, Alden realized that having a coach with character was kind of an important thing. Of his 1st 3 hires Mike Anderson was the only one who should have been leading a group of college aged men.

Kim did the job he was hired to do and now Cuonzo is further solidifying the values of ethics and decency every team competing at the collegiate level should be made to have.
