It was. Bill Self’s dad was responsible for that event. He guilted his son into using his platform to raise all that money for storm victims. Coach Self made that fairly clear and said his position hasn’t changed. MU could have had another shot at us this season, but I’m sorry, we won’t be participating in the NIT with you. Good luck on that though. I think if all goes well, you might even get an extra home game out of it. Best of luck.
