Pretty much I am here because MU continues to post about KU. Sometimes there even are posts and good bball discussion (non-KU related) worth reading and/or commenting on. So it makes your site worth checking out.
Plus, living in KC and with friends that are MU alums, it's good to read some and get insight for when we all get together and topics turn to sports.
I like the spin though, that MU "sacrificed" in 2012. Like those players had any say in the matter.
But hey, thank your boys for me for that sacrifice...which resulted in MU losing more than just the Big 12 Regular season and #1 ranking and #1 seed.
Thanks to them you also "lost" in the biggest upset in NCAA Tourney basketball history to Norfolk State.
Then, Frank Haith, who you made out to be some "great" coach, MU "lost" him when he left to go to a better program in Tulsa.
MU then retroactively "lost" those games Haith coached in 2013-14 due to impermissible benefits and later MU "lost" to the NCAA who put you on probation and added sanctions for things found during Haith's tenure.
MU went on and "lost" the coaching hire when you brought in Kim Anderson who "lost" just about every game he coached.
Add that MU "lost" MJP for the year to injury and is currently in the midst of a bit of a "losing" streak, well I guess thanks to the 2012 team's "sacrifice", MU is still just a "loser" of a program.
