insider sources claiming all along that the dossier was the source that instigated the investigation... until the dossier's validity was called into question, and then suddenly the narrative changed to, oh no, it was all due to a low level Trump employee who was never mentioned at all in any of the stories by the news with all of the contacts allegedly feeding them info?

At this point, we don't really have the info publicly available from the DOJ & FBI as to what they used in applying for the FISA warrant... a few days after they received the dossier from Hillary's campaign's hired gun.
