The tax treatment of the income received by the executive on the executive's personal income tax return does not drive the corporation share price. That is driven in large part by the profit earned by the corporate entity (i.e. corporate profits).

The executive benefits from higher share prices even under the personal tax regime you have described. The tax rate isn't 100%.
