What is a 'fair shake.' Even at Mizzou right here & now ? Used to be 4-5 years, time enough to get your players, and your system established, then the AD would evaluate the thing.

Our situation when Odom took over was exceptional. Steak understands that. And for idiots like emoji, this is not saying he should have more time. It just admits facts as they are/were.
