and in this case it would be. If Odom had a successful track record before this job, it might be different.

Currently, he is in the top 5 of every "hot seat" ranking I've seen, in many cases top 2 (only behind Butch Jones of Tennessee) which means people are predicting and expecting Odom to be fired. It's clear to everyone that he's in over his head, including prospective HC candidates.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
