and the security to see them through. The worst thing he did was cave in and go back to the old scheme. That gave the players the idea that they were in charge. Instead of giving in, he should have simply moved on to the players willing to buy in.
He could have chosen not to change schemes from the very beginning, which would have been understandable, since it worked, but once he made that decision - in my mind, he should have stayed with it.
