There is the ADA, as well, & the Department of Labor administers & enforces more than 180 federal laws, including The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), which prescribes standards for wages and overtime pay, which affect most private and public employment.

Not to mention the NLRB, which administers Labor Laws.
