specifically states that they can only be fired for good cause of that their employment can only be terminated for good cause, an at will employee.

Even if there is no written contract & contract is implied either from an oral agreement or from the behavior of the employer & employee.

As such, an employee would be subject to terms of employment, which would include an Employee Handbook or Conduct document.
