demand that. I then have the right to decide if that is a deal breaker for me or not.

What I do not have the right to do is decide which of my employment rules I choose to follow.

No one is forcing the players to follow these rules, they always have the option of resigning. Quick Trip is always hiring and to my knowledge they do not ask their employees to stand for the anthem before going to work each morning.
