the video that has been released so far and claim there is no question that he's at the point of being a major threat already... as in able to land an ICBM on LA or NY... and has the technology for installing an H-bomb on them.

In fact, they think it is already too late to take out Kim Jong Un. They think even if he were killed before he could launch one, it is too possible that his surviving generals could launch one in retaliation.
