FURTHERMORE, Insurance companies wouldn't have to worry about paying for all parties in an accident. Just their own client. If you for example cut a semi off on the highway and caused a chain accident, you insurance company doesn't have to pay for them. Each fixes there own, and if there is a person without insurance in this accident why is that your fault, even if the fault of the crash was.

By the way you also pay for uninsured motorist insurance now.
