People build mansions on the beach, near lakes, rivers because the rest of us insure it for them.

Hey, you want to build in the flood zone, hurricane area, feel free. Just quit asking the rest of us to pay for your stupidity.

I lived in florida , in Jacksonville for around 3 years. Nearly every single house along the beach was 500K and up, more in pricy areas. We all helped them to build those.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
