next in line after Cuonzo, but I'm not sure he would have taken the job, or if the Porters would have played for him given the bad (8-win) state of the program. Two maybe's there (as far as taking the job, and getting the Porters).

Here's my list of candidates. I think most of them had a good shot at bringing the Porters back to CoMo, but how many of them would have taken on the 8-win rebuilding project left by KA:
