have done exactly what Washington did.
He was an excellent recruiter, reached multiple Sweet 16s, and won multiple Pac-12 titles.
However, the program was clearly trending downward, though he still managed to keep things somewhat "respectable" until last season.
After that KA-like season, I would have retained him for the Porters, but as soon as he lost the Porters, he would have been gone... i.e. exactly what happened with his tenure at UW and how their AD handled it.
