My point is this: If you're going to HAVE a government and you entrust that govt with the simple responsibilities as originally outlined in the Constitution, I DON'T agree that publishing every conversation between POTUS and foreign leaders, as doing so undermines their ability to carry out the assigned obligations.
The issue here is simple: The Feds are doing so much they shouldn't be that we no longer can trust them so we in turn need to monitor them which in turn would undermine the original core responsibilities.
