DNC emails being made public? I have seen no one claim that they are not legitimate.

They just released the truth. Should be no problem then, right?

Here is the big difference between the two. One was done by a foreign agency with no moral or legal ties to the United States. The other was done by, most likely high ranking, officials on the US payroll that have taken an oath to uphold the laws and Constitution of our land. One seems a little more egregious to me.
