and comes across as genuine and caring, which makes him extremely likable.

Then you add the Porters and other top recruits to the equation, giving Cuonzo instant recruiting credibility, and you have a recipe for igniting a fan base.

It's a wonderful thing. Sterk deserves a lot of credit.
