all, not health care. And the penalty for not purchasing that health insurance is being called a tax.
If the penalty for breaking the health insurance mandate is a tax then the penalty for speeding must be a tax as well.
I did not equate health insurance to speeding I equated the penalty fir breaking one law to the penalty for breaking another.
Even someone as simple as you should be able the decent the difference there.
