it runs everything. AAU handlers are more important than parents & college coaches in terms of getting the kid to go somewhere (this is mainly with the big time players, or at least top 100 type guys).

So when people say oh Tilmon can't be talked to, his handler can be. Lots of money thrown around in AAU by shoe companies. It's crazy.

I suggest everyone watch the netflix Doc on it.
