How ever you want to measure that.

It is a solid Tournament for programs that are on their way up or those that want to bounce back in the right direction after a less than average season. It depends how a team approaches it.

Mizzou hasn't been either position for awhile & for a program that would have salivated over a spot in the CBI recently, it would have been a Godsend.

That said, of course no program should aspire to that, but nobody was stating, inferring or otherwise contemplating that!
