3 To lie is to intentionally deceive. I did not lie in either case. In one case, I misread, and related what I honestly believed to be the situation, but was factually wrong. In the other, the website wrongly states, and I had no reason to doubt what they has posted seeing they usually have such things correctly. So, in neither case is there intent to deceive, so there were no lies.
