competition has a right to be there. They display artwork at public buildings across America all the time.
If that art had depicted black/brown/Asian/LGBT or any number of other groups in a negative light it would never have been place on the wall in the first place. But because it was created by an AA and went after a non progressive group of Americans it was allowed to be posted.
It was intentionally offensive to a targeted group. It should have never been displayed in that venue in the first place.
