1. It is my property. I know my right to remove a trespasser is to demand they remove themselves from my property. If I had the right to remove the trespasser by reasonable force, I wouldn't need the authorities. Unfortunately, I need the authorities. Both from a legal standpoint as well as possible "personal injury" litigation should I remove the trespasser myself.
2. When I place the call to authorities, I hereby give them consent. The trespasser is not on my property in accordance with the law, and the authorities have a duty to uphold the law (I know that irks you, but you are wrong in that regard).
3. You are saying no one has the right to initiate force in your OP. That would mean you're defending a trespasser.
