1. it is your property. you have rights to your property; the "authorities" don't. they have no rights to come onto your property or perform any action on your property.
2. though you may think you are consenting to allowing "authorities" on your property, you aren't. the "authorities" do not exist by consent.
3. i didn't defend the trespasser at all. i do not defend infringements of rights
