Stark will give him another year if kids show promise. I think blowouts will be a factor, it also show that his players get better throughout the year. He will not get an extension yet. Next year there will have to be improvement based on wins...if he doesn't get 18+ in year 4, he will not get a fifth year. And of course I could be completely wrong. I just can't see sterk firing him on his first year as AD
