Coaches are important, and I'm not diminishing his contribution to any future success his teams may experience, but one of the big things about coaching is that you have to convey to the players that this is THEIR opportunity. If they make the tourney, it will be because of THEIR play. It won't be because of KA's inbounds plays or his end of period strategies. Players win games.
