There's definitely a possibility that some of them will redshirt. But one thing for sure, for about three years, Coach E will have depth on his roster to turn the program into a potential top 5 team.
As far as the numbers are concerned, I believe some of the women's sports had to start carrying more athletes on the roster due to Title IX. But, there is a positive to the large numbers, and that is internal competition. No one can be content, everyone has to fight to be on the field, when makes us better.
