Kemp is exactly the type of prospect you take a flier on. He could turn out to be a steal depending on development. And if he doesn't develop, you push himn out the door after his sophomore year. Nothing wrong with that type of transfer IMO because the upside on Kemp is so good (POTENTIALLY much better than Lathan)
