Rosburg is the first freshman to attend and graduate from Mizzou since the class that included Bowers, Denmon, Moore, & English. The next possibility is the 2019 group of Phillips, CVL, Walton, & Puryear. Even elite schools like Duke and Kentucky with all their 1 and done players has more.
Class balance is less important than have 6-7 talented players ready to contribute every year.
