it known to Kim that large improvements will be required. The public spin of "Just try your best Kim because it's been real tough for you" isn't the reality behind closed doors within the AD.

He knew the crowd he was talking to and their love for Norm and Kim. It's been mentioned in this post that they donate a good amount of money to the AD. He wasn't going to come out and say "I'm firing at the end of the year if he doesn't get to 16 wins."

Kim has told Sterk that they will be better this year and that's where the comments about being improved came from. Sterk obviously has to rely on Kim's word when it comes to progress of the team until they play the games. Will they actually be better or is it just wishful thinking from Kim? We'll find out shortly.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
