Graduate assistants.
Have you heard anything on the even more important task of replacing Pete D'Amour as assistant head coach? We desperately need a home run hire by EE to replace Pete, preferably someone who is well established in the college softball world and is an experienced recruiter. Ability to work with the pitching staff would be great too, unless EE hires a separate person to do that.
Fagan and Roth will be great graduate assistants and valuable in that role. But neither addresses the skills that are needed to replace D'Amour and Gillis.
