I appreciate that you took the time to do this but it appears your grades are based on how much better or worse the players did compared to YOUR expectations for them. Not the way grading is done. One example would be Mondesi. A "B" for a guy who hit .185 and struck out on nearly 40% of his AB's!? His age & experience don't matter. You do not give a guy a "B" based on his results.
