He played well for a freshman with a suspect O-line and maybe 1.5 receivers who could run a route then catch the ball.
I do not blame last years offensive woes all on the QB.

Having said that, it is unfortunate that MU must pin the hopes for a season on a Soph QB, but if the Tiggers can't average 21 pts/game on offense it is gonna be another long year.
