for a comparison. Do you believe he represents the norm?

What leads you to think Odom is "not at all comfortable with offense"? And what exactly do you mean by that?

I thought he hired Heupel to run the offense. It also appears he went out and got help for the offense, and I would find it hard to believe he did that without Heupel's input.

And, as head coach, he isn't sticking his nose into anything; it's all his.

Your post is just really off the mark from what I can tell.
