Living in Arkansas, the opposition is basically saying that if you do this, it will add more seats, more suite type seats. They want that because there's a long waiting line for the current suites.

However, by doing this, the upper decks will be basically empty. In other words, season tickets holders will just relocate while attendance will not increase.
