Arkansas' AD has floated plans for an end zone renovation project for Razorback Stadium that seems to be fairly similar to what was discussed. Interestingly, the Arkansas proposal has generated a fair amount of opposition from former (including some recent ones) as too expensive, not need and an unnecessary luxury.
