but it was all very fluid. You could tell at the time the main focus was on:
1) not necessarily expanding general seating capacity in terms of basic seats like the new upper deck... but rather...creating more premium seating for high end donors, expecting them to do the majority of the funding. They would receive special perks as well, such as guaranteed parking, (like how the new tower has Lot O automatically offered when buying a Columns Club ticket)
2) keeping the existing general population seating in the south endzone, because the family plans were so successful
3) a price point for everyone on any budget
