you don't want him asking foreign governments to reveal emails with national security information.

Asking them to do that is reckless. You can point out that Clinton has jeopardized national security by deleting emails, hosting national security information on a private server. The fact that other countries have gained access to them demonstrates this.

He woudl be better off not calling for their release to the public.
