He came here at a bad time, and so far things haven't gone well. He deserves some blame for the program's lack of progress.

I just hope he gets some good results this year, and the program takes off.

I'll be pulling for him all the way.

I just hope a lot of the kids on the team are ready for the competition You can't win without good players executing your system.
