here seem to think. It's a combination of the coach, time playing together, and experience that make up what many think chemistry is.
Haith's 2nd team had plenty of experience and he was a decent coach but the downfall ended up being that only 2 of the players on that team had ever played with each other in college basketball. The rest were all brand new to the team and they still managed to make the tourney.
I think that is why we'll continue to have a lack of chemistry again this year because Kim is replacing 2/3 of the roster with new players again. It might be slightly better but with so many newcomers it likely again won't be much cohesion. If he could actually retain talent and have them play together for 3 or more years, he might be able to win 20 games. And unlike Frank Haith Kim doesn't have the recruiting ability to get talented players to overcome the lack of roster continuity.
